Description: As the main sponsor, METUPAK Foundation had made substantial progress in establishment of Petaro Technical University to be built on 1500 acres of land in lower Sindh. The project had been approved by the President and Prime Minister of Pakistan and was to be built in collaboration with METU. Higher Education Commission had made appropriate arrangements. The change in political governments led to its demise. We shall review the status and share thoughts on how to revive the project.
